Short answer

In Dubai, a well-built B2B marketing website typically costs AED 15,000 – 55,000. Sites with CRM integrations, bilingual content and gated resources usually land between AED 40,000 – 120,000, and customer portals or custom web apps start around AED 50,000 and can pass AED 250,000. Add 5% VAT, and budget for hosting and maintenance every year after launch.

“How much does a website cost?” is the first question almost every B2B founder or marketing lead asks us — and the honest answer is that the range is enormous. Two quotes for “a corporate website” in Dubai can differ by a factor of ten, and both can be fair. The difference is almost always in what's being built, not the agency's greed.

This guide breaks down what B2B websites actually cost in Dubai and the wider UAE in 2026, what moves the price up or down, and how to get quotes you can compare like-for-like.

Why a B2B website isn't “just a website”

For most B2B companies, the website does a large share of the selling before anyone talks to sales. 6sense's 2025 Buyer Experience Report found that buyers typically make first contact with a vendor when they're already about 61% of the way through their buying process — and that they end up choosing a vendor from their day-one shortlist 95% of the time.

In other words, your website is often where you get onto — or quietly dropped from — the shortlist. That's why B2B sites need things a brochure site doesn't: clear positioning for each buyer type, proof (case studies, numbers, logos), content that answers technical questions, and lead capture that feeds straight into your CRM.

B2B website price ranges in Dubai (2026)

Published ranges from Dubai agencies vary, so here is what two of them currently list, side by side with the type of B2B project each tier usually maps to.

Type of projectTypical range (AED)What it usually covers
Basic business site3,500 – 15,000A few pages, a template or light customisation, contact form
Corporate / SME B2B site12,000 – 55,000Custom design, 10–30 pages, CMS, case studies, basic SEO
Complex site (integrations, e-commerce)40,000 – 120,000CRM/marketing automation, gated content, bilingual, advanced UX
Custom web app, portal or platform50,000 – 275,000+Logins, dashboards, workflows, ERP/API integrations

Sources: ranges compiled from Element8 (April 2026) and Cubix. Agency-published ranges, excluding VAT.

Most B2B companies with a real sales team end up in the second or third row. If a quote is far below these ranges for the scope you've described, ask what has been left out — it's usually content, integrations or anything after launch.

The 7 things that move the price most

1. Custom design vs. a template

A theme you customise is cheaper and faster. A custom design system — built around your brand, your buyers and your product — costs more up front but is what makes a B2B company look established next to larger competitors. Cubix lists UI/UX design alone at AED 5,000 – 40,000+ depending on complexity.

2. How many page types (not pages) you need

Price follows the number of unique layouts, not the page count. Fifty service pages built from one well-designed template cost far less than ten pages that each need their own design. Before you ask for quotes, list your page types: home, service, industry, case study, article, careers, contact.

3. Integrations

Connecting forms to HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho, syncing products from an ERP, or adding a booking or quoting tool is where scope grows fastest. Each integration needs mapping, testing and something to handle failures. Expect integrations to be quoted separately — Cubix puts complex integrations at AED 10,000 – 30,000+.

4. English and Arabic

Many UAE B2B companies need an Arabic version, especially when selling to government or semi-government entities. Arabic isn't just translation: right-to-left layouts need to be designed and tested separately, and every page exists twice in the CMS. Plan for translation costs and extra design and QA time.

5. Who edits the site after launch

If your marketing team needs to publish case studies, landing pages and articles without a developer, the site needs a properly set-up CMS with reusable blocks. That's more work up front — and far cheaper than paying a developer for every change later.

6. Performance, SEO and accessibility

Fast load times, clean structure, schema markup and accessible components are what let the site actually rank and convert. They're easy to skip in a cheap quote and expensive to retrofit. Ask whether technical SEO and Core Web Vitals targets are included or extra.

7. Data protection and compliance

The UAE's federal Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) affects how your site collects and uses personal data — including consent for non-essential cookies and analytics. Companies in DIFC or ADGM fall under those free zones' own data protection rules. Cookie consent, privacy notices and form handling should be part of the build, not an afterthought — and worth confirming with your legal advisor.

What you'll pay after launch

The launch quote is rarely the full cost. Budget for these every year:

Element8 recommends looking at the total cost of ownership over three to five years rather than the launch price — good advice when comparing a cheap build that needs replacing in two years with one built to last.

Freelancer, agency or in-house?

OptionTypical project cost (AED)Best for
Freelancer3,000 – 30,000Small, well-defined sites with a clear brief
Agency15,000 – 120,000Design, build and launch handled end to end
Dedicated team50,000 – 200,000+Ongoing product work: portals, platforms, web apps

Source: Cubix. Cubix also lists developer rates in Dubai at around AED 90 – 130 per hour.

The biggest risk with the cheapest option isn't quality on day one — it's what happens when the person who built it is no longer available. Whoever you hire, make sure you own the code, the domain and the hosting account.

How long it takes

In our experience, content and approvals delay launches more than development does. Start writing case studies and service copy while the design is underway.

How to get a quote you can actually compare

Vague briefs produce quotes that can't be compared. Send every agency the same short brief covering:

  1. Who your buyers are and what they need to see before contacting you
  2. The page types you need (and roughly how many of each)
  3. Languages — English only, or English and Arabic
  4. Integrations — CRM, marketing automation, ERP, booking or quoting tools
  5. Who will write the content, and who will edit the site afterwards
  6. Your launch deadline and any fixed events it depends on
  7. What support you want after launch

Then ask each agency the same questions:

The bottom line

For most B2B companies in Dubai, a website that genuinely helps sales costs somewhere between AED 15,000 and AED 120,000 to build, plus running costs every year. Spend where your buyers will notice — positioning, proof and speed — and keep the scope tight everywhere else. A smaller site that does those things well will outperform a bigger one that doesn't.
